Agua Salsa Festival is Thessaloniki's Cuban dance weekend, celebrating Cuban salsa, Afro-Cuban rhythms (timba, son, rumba, guaguanco), reggaeton and a touch of bachata. The 5th edition takes place in a venue in the heart of Thessaloniki's city centre, just 300 metres from the seaside, with three fully equipped workshop rooms and an open-air space overlooking the city skyline. The 2026 festival runs 25-27 September 2026 with international instructors, boat and night parties and performances. It has grown into a vibrant meeting point for the Cuban dance scene in northern Greece, transforming the city into a hub of workshops, parties and boat adventures over three days.
