Havana Nights is the long-running weekly Thursday social run by Salsa Libre, one of Copenhagen's largest salsa schools. It currently takes place at The Old Irish Pub (1st floor), Vesterbrogade 2D near Tivoli in central Copenhagen, with a salsa intro class from 20:00 followed by a social party until 01:00. Entry is 60 DKK and includes the intro class, party entrance and wardrobe service. The night mixes salsa with bachata plus a sprinkling of merengue and reggaeton, making it an accessible drop-in for both beginners and regulars without needing a partner. After a summer break the social resumes on Thursday 13 August 2026 and then runs weekly through the season, anchoring Salsa Libre's social calendar alongside its Friday and Sunday events.
