Timbao Cubano is one of Belgrade's established Cuban-style dance clubs, based in the Borba building at Kosovska 20 in the Stari Grad district. Alongside its regular salsa cubana, bachata and kizomba courses, the school runs a recurring weekly salsa social party on Sundays, a friendly open dance night that has become a fixture for the city's casino and rueda community and a welcoming entry point for newcomers. The Sunday social brings together students and visiting dancers for several hours of Cuban-flavoured salsa with some bachata and kizomba mixed in, in a relaxed club setting in central Belgrade.
